The Stine Cine & Jean Fishing Ministry was born from a heartfelt promise Perry made to three women who shaped his life with love, strength, and quiet wisdom — his mother Christine, his Aunt Maxcine, and his mother’s best friend Betty-Jean. All three shared a deep passion for fishing, but as they grew older, their ability to enjoy the water became limited.
Too often, our elderly loved ones are unintentionally left behind. Busy schedules, demanding responsibilities, and the fast pace of life can make it hard for families to slow down. Some people simply don’t have the patience or time to give seniors the attention, companionship, and gentle care they deserve.
This ministry exists to honor those women — and every elder who still longs for peace, fellowship, and the joy of being outdoors. Through quiet mornings or clam evenings on the pier, shared meals, and warm conversation, the Stine Cine & Jean Fishing Ministry creates a safe, loving space where seniors are valued, included, and never forgotten.
Our shoreline gatherings are more than just fishing, it is legacy, it is love, it is a promise kept. They are spaces for quiet reflection, one-on-one mentorship, and the building of lasting community. Here, stories are shared, dignity is restored, and new friendships begin.

The Stine Cine & Jean Fishing Ministry
Stine, Cine & Jean is a faith-based ministry designed for seasoned men & women who find peace, joy, and connection through the art of fishing. This ministry offers more than just a day by the water—it’s a safe place where stories are shared, prayers are lifted, and hearts are refreshed.
Whether casting lines or casting cares, our gatherings are rooted in scripture, serenity, and brother & sisterhood. We celebrate the wisdom of our elders, the healing power of nature, and the spiritual lessons found in patience, stillness, and trust.

Peace on the Water
The Stine Cine & Jean Fishing Ministry offers a peaceful, faith‑centered space where fishing becomes a tool for fellowship, mentorship, healing, and spiritual growth. We welcome men, women, and youth who desire community, calm, and positive connection. If you’ve fished your whole life or casting your first line, you’ll find a loving environment where God’s presence, nature, and fellowship come together to restore the heart.
The Stine Cine & Jean Fishing Ministry embraces the heart of Christ’s calling to be “fishers of men.” Fishing becomes more than a peaceful pastime — it becomes a spiritual tool for fellowship, mentorship, healing, and connection. Out on the water, the calm around you is more than silence — it’s God’s invitation to breathe, reflect, and connect. Fishing becomes a moment of peace, a place where your heart settles and your spirit is renewed. And just as Jesus called His disciples to be “fishers of men,” every cast becomes a reminder that we are called to reach others with love, kindness, and encouragement. Surrounded by people who love the Lord, the water becomes a sanctuary where faith grows and fellowship deepens.
Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men. Matthew 4:19
Jesus tells them to “launch out into the deep” — and the nets overflow. Luke 5:4–6
